As most of you know in the last 3 years, I have had 3 of my elderly cats pass away, which left me with one 12 year old tiger cat, Tigger...

A while back my cousin and her girlfriend split and I took in her cat, Daphne a then 8 month old grey kitten, now 1...well Daphne has proven to be too much for Tigger and Scott, my husband decided she needed someone to play with more her age, so that Tiggy could enjoy her senior years without being jumped on and chased...he went today and picked out a 3 month old white kitten named Charlie...I will attach pictures of bot new cats...

Congratulations on your new family members. I'm sure Tigger appreciates the gesture. :)

I don't know Lori... every white cat I have every met, has been a raving lunatic. Enjoy!

Thank you Lori for the pictures they blessed my soul.
We lost our two oldest within 3 days of each other, a couple months ago.
There is nothing like a little furry life in your arms to make you feel all is right in the world. Enjoy.

Congratulations Lori on your newly expanded family! I hope that Charlie and Daphne become the best of friends. I had to do the same thing awhile back. Your husband is so sweet to think of Tigger this way. There is nothing cuter than watching 2 kittens play, unless it's 2 puppies playing, or a puppy and a kitten playing.

OMG I so badly want another kitten - like Lori, I had old cats forever. Hubby wasn't much of a cat person, but as they each started to pass on, he brought me an adopted tuxedo cat, that has become his Baby. He won't agree to another kitten *yet*. Right now she's our only child, except for the shop birds.

white cat? Better get rid of your black pants ;) Or get stock in tape to remove the hair. I used to buy furniture to match my cats, then I started to dress in the same colors lol

But they're worth it.

congrats to you both - I'm super jealous!

We also have two new kittens, they are ferral??????cats. They are 2 months old we had them for 6 weeks. We lost a cat that ferral and we had him for 3 years, he was so sweet and we still miss him. We burried him in the back of our flowers shop. Congratulations on your new babies.

We lost our 19 year old cat last weekend, and picked out a 8 wk old calico kitten on Friday at the SPCA. Her name is Miley (yes after Miley Cyrus... my kids are 8 and 9 yr old girls :tongue). She's really sweet. I have to charge my camera battery, then I will post a pic!

awesome Lori, we love cats too, my son and I are allergic but yet we suffer just to keep our buddy around! 14 yrs old and still kicking.

He is soooo lazy, all he does is eat and sleep all day! What a life!

Loves hanging at the flower shop too!

Enjoy your new kitties!

Why's Charlie in Jail?

Congrats on your little beauty! Good for you!!! Some people say after a beloved pet passes away, "never again, my heart is so broken." When they say that, I always say back, "consider how much joy and laughter that pet gave you thru the years, do you want to close the door and never experience that again?" Plus there are so many homeless animals out there that need us to adopt them.

I lost a 19 and 17 year old cat within 2 months of each other, grieved for a month and jumped back on the horse and adopted 2 eight week old shelter kittens and haven't stopped laughing since! Will always love my deceased pets, and will always have little furballs running around the house.

Enjoy the li'l darlins!!

Why's Charlie in Jail?

This was the picture taken of him in the shelter....so my husband could show him to me...He originally went there to get and orange cat, but this one picked him and he wanted to ok it with me...he is now a free roaming cat and out of jail...

daphne is really mad at Scott right now and does not like the new kitten, but I think that once she figures out that he will play with her peace will be restored in our household...So far so good with Tigger, she doesn't seem to mnd him, and he knows his place with her already...

Heather your two legged girls are gorgeous... and your four legged ones match in colour. Was that by design? ;)

I had a lovely cally... Lady Emily. She was personality personified.
