In light of the current economic times, I have adopted a new mantra.

"Life is not about surviving the storm, it is about learning to dance in the rain."

Just sharing my random thought....

Mine is "It is what it is" Just be smart and hang in there. Yesterday I went home and wanted to cry. Instead, I said a little prayer (and then had a couple of glasses of really good red wine!!!) Believe it or not, today was way better.

cliche - One Day at a Time
Every Nightime ends with a new day!

Barb...I think that one is GREAT!!!

The others are also good. I usually just say "This too shall pass"...unfortunately, it works in all occasions.

Love it Barb - wish I had a road sign big enough to fit it.
:)

"...dance in the rain." What a wonderful thought!

I repeatedly remind myself that God is with me, He will never leave me, and however things turn out, His plan is perfect and His love for me endures forever.

I choose my attitude every day... no matter what is happening. I choose to be positive. Plus I love dancing rain or shine. ;)

Let's do some "dancing"-- its raining in SC today!! This is a good thing-- Hartwell Lake (lg Lake ) only has 300 days of water for use left. May have to open up those OUT HOUSES to save the water around here.
Think I need to turn up the tunes and get the blood flowing tho, it's dead here!

Me too - who said "You're as happy as you make up your mind to be"?

Oh here it is

Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be. ~Abraham Lincoln

One saying I have always lived by is........

A smart man learns by his mistakes
A wise man learns by the mistakes made by others

I like that too - contrary to popular belief, you can learn from others mistakes, and...

Even a bad example is still a good example.
