I love travelling. I love travelling in Canada. I love travelling in Ontario.

This week I took a few days of my vacation time to take some roads less travelled to the Bruce Peninsula and Tobermory. The Niagara Escarpment is a glorious geological phenomenon... one I have explored over and over again. I never tire of it and the natural wonders it houses. The dog and I were often alone on the roads, where sometimes the beauty was found in the journey.







Travelling with the dog is a freeing experience... all he requires is room to roam, food and water, pats, hugs and scratches... and little or no conversation, oh and a place to lay his weary head. It was my pleasure to provide all he needed and in return he enjoyed the journey.

Did you go into the new Tobermory parks area and climb the tower?? The view is amazing!

Not this time... that's next on my list. Carsen and I did Cypress Lake and Marr Lake, Halfway Log Dump, Cameron Lake and Emmett Lake. Emmett Lake a little Deliverance like for a few moments. Sometimes I question my decisions. Oh, and we explored more of the Lions Head area.
