Need florist in Plant City, FL area who can make puppy/dog novelty flower bouquet. I have an e-mail from someone in that area that wants them. I have their phone number/e-mail address if you are in that area and can do them for her. 100% to you... I'm just trying to help her out.

I am not in that area but I have attached a few pictures and will give brief instructions incase anyone in that area wants to give it a try.
I took a wedding cake decoration course and some of the principles are the same for securing oasis parts.
I do the puppies and teddy bears in several sizes but the process is similar. First I fill a basket with oasis and then I carve out oasis in the form of the puppy's body with legs outstreched.I use a netting and dowels to secure the body .I then carve out the head form and attach that to the body the same way followed by the arms at the front. I cover the whole body in chrysanthemums and use disbuds or other flowers such as the orchids for the ears.
I glue the life like eyes and attach a black pom pom with pins for the nose.
I sell these for newborns so I fill the rest of the basket with colours for a boy or girl and attach bows to match.

Cathy (CHR) has an easier way of making one, I forget exactly but do not think it involves cutting out any oasis. She sent me a customer about a year or so ago and I made one...cathy showed me how to do it but I now forget
