I am in charge of a Estate at this moment and this personhas some numbered plates and numbered birds.
Can anyone help me to find maybe the value if any to these items.

Here is an example:

Plates 1991 bradex No: 84-G 20-11.5
Plate no 1780
Called Ivory Billed Wood Pecker

try the Bradford Exchange . It will help with putting a value on them and also seeing if they are part of an on-going set ie: annually etc.
Sometimes you can even find buyers (collectors) thru this venue..
Hope this helps...I know the task of executor can be really daunting but you are doing a good thing in carrying out your friends last wishes..all the power to you!
