I am a floral design manager for a tele flora shop in Manchester NH I do not know that they would want me to name the shop so I can not.I have been in the industry for fourteen years ten of which I spent at Winston Flowers in Boston Ma.I also spent three years at Flowers by Steve in Haverhill Ma.I have a passion for flowers they are a celebration of life and nothing makes me feel better at the end of every day than knowing we helped make our customers feel special.
I am not great with the computer but I am getting better so if you decide to vote me in please be patient with me:grovel:.I do have quite a bit to offer not only on the design side but the sales side as well however I am usually always in need of advise.OK I feel you have all been properly warned Im a pain in the:chickbutt .Respectfully Brad Harrington

Hi Brad.

Have you asked the shop where you work if you can use their name? It makes sense for them to get the exposure both in the U.S. and Canada... and abroad.

Thank you!I love the Cape actually going to Falmouth at the end of April The Ocean Mist is my favorite get away.

Actually Brad, it is to the shop's advantage to be listed here. A great many of us go through the free directory listing here to see if there are other Flower Chat members we can send orders through. Make sure and then list the shop with the Real Florist Directory here.
Welcome (BTW, we send to Manchester or send customers to shops in Manchester often through the year)

Be careful. Sooner or later the name of shop will get out and the owners will find out.

btw, welcome to fc

Thanks Brad and I believe that your shop is already a member of FC in some way or another.....
We've always had great comments on product your shop has delivered.
Welcome !!

Welcome Brad!

Welcome to Flower Chat Brad!

I approved you, but my price is a five pound Lobster caught fresh off the Cape as soon as you get there.

My cousin is a part time Lobsterman living on Pine Island in Newbury, MA.

If you need some help, I can give you his number. lol

PS: All of us, and at the beginning, were computer illiterate. Back in 1984 and when I was learning to use lotus, it took me two weeks to figure out that, I had to use the back slash key in order to get to the main menu. Each time I loaded the program, all I got was a BLANK SCREEN and all I could do was to offer MY BLANK STARE back to THE BLANK SCREEN! Finally, and after the two weeks, I called my brother-in-law to ask him, HOW DO I GET TO THE MENU? OH, just hit the back slash key, he told me (the idiot).

And then, over two years ago, the lovely Linda, TOTO's LEASH, complained about the time that, TOTO was spending on the PC. What in CREATION (not her exact words) are you finding to do on the computer for all of those hours, she would ask. HUMANA HUMANA HUMANA in Gleason's words.

And little by little, and day by day, and with many questions to both of our sons, the lovely Linda eventually became the PC COMPUTER QUEEN, and even the CIA and the FBI would envy her email skills.

The one saving grace, is in the fact that, the lovely Linda no longer bothers the TOTO DOG when he's on his PC since, she now spends more time than HEE DOO, and so, she can't say NUTTIN TO MEE! lol

So goes the learning curve which, all of us deal with in this new world of technology. Trust that, any questions you may have, will be answered by the many caring people who you will find on this board. And also be aware that, NO QUESTION YOU MIGHT HAVE will be considered STUPID, EVER! Just ask it!

Brad I shouldn't try to type in the dark. ;) I approved you but the entirety of my post consists of a "w". :)

not trying to be sneaky just respectful,I hope I do not come across that way if so I apologise.

This place is a community to be proud of... there is much to learn and share, so I'm sure your employers won't have any issues at all.

I have a dear friend who has a shop in Dover. I love that whole area. :) Of course I've always been drawn by the East coast of Canada and the U.S.
