I have tried umpteen times to place an order with the new marketplace website , with out any luck. Have spoken to 4 or 5 people who pleasant weren't very helpful. Even sillier is the fact that the reps at marketplace can't access or even enter the new site and you can't order anything off the site with them. What the hell is up with that? Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problems or if its just happening to me.

keeps telling me that my town and postal code don't exist, and apparantly no one can or will place the order through marketplace, like I said earlier I find it astounding that the marketplace people on the phone can't access the new products on the site or that the product code # are useless to them. Maybe only with Canadian Shops .
Check with Aaron. A while back they couldn't handle Canadian shops ordering from Marketplace (2 months ago?).

unfortunately it seems that Marketplace is making ordering more difficult all the way around. I called yesterday to order my regular stock vases and they are no longer available unless you order a whole pallet. So much for helping out the little guy....
Wow a whole pallet, that's BAD. The other day on Sunday I was reading some old Teleflora membership directories from 1988 and they used to only require you to buy half a case of product to be coded for it, and a half a case was like 12.
I can't see selling 1 or 2, but you would think they would sell a shop 12 or 24 even. I don't think they want the little guy anymore.

Not the way it is...I used 20 or more cases a month of the Mayfair vases when they carried them, but they dropped them too...I bought out the remaining stock. Only way to get them now, is by the pallet, from the manufacturer.
They change product now and then, and I don;t thinks its anything personal toward the "little guy" as most members are little guys.
Perhaps they are just not going to carry them anymore ??
