Hello all,
My husband and I own Golden Mushroom Florist in the Houston/Spring area since 1984. We are a traditional full service retail florist currently Teleflora only. Looking forward to insights into the industry through like minds on this board..... - Teresa

Welcome! Interesting name for your shop! I'm really interested in names of things; how did you come up with it?
 
We really don't know...Started by two asian men in the 60's. Found a notebook with name ideas that they had come up with and "rules" they had fo naming the store, ie had to be unusual. By the time we acquired it in the 80's it was a local floral institution, so no way were we going to change it.
