About Us: What are WE doing here with the FlowerChat Community? Well.....we are also people who order and send flowers. We know what it is like to put our trust in the unknown voice on the other end of the phone, the person on the other side of the computer screen we hope is legitimate, the business behind the yellow page ad. When any one of us sends flowers, it is usually for a special occasion and we want to express something important...so we hope that everything goes just how we imagine. Sometimes the issue is timeliness. Sometimes it is that the delivery to a difficult address goes off without a hitch. Sometimes it is the closeness of what we imagine we are ordering compared with what actually is prepared and delivered. Our ordering at times may take place in the context of a lot of emotion....whether it is joy or grief or anything in between.... and we depend on you florists to take care of us, even when we might not be at our sharpest. You really do play a very special role in people's lives.
We, on the other hand, help take care of some of those more mundane things that make your business work....your printer, software, cash drawer and scanners. We are interested in listening in on your conversation so that we understand the challenges of your industry better and can fine tune our customer service and everything else we offer. Our products can help make your creativity and heart flourish on the business side and we want to know what is important to you….what works….and what doesn’t.

"We recognize that POS is playing a growing role in the floral industry. We noticed your website, liked what we saw and wanted to participate. EpicPOS offers POS hardware, software and full systems; customer support is an important part of our business. We are just getting our website up and running and are planning to be active in a number of forums to see what issues POS users find important and to hear where customers are having difficulties with their POS systems. It will help us anticipate issues before they arise on our customer service lines and enable us to provide better customer service overall. And...when there is a problem encountered by a fellow forum user with their POS systems that we are familiar with, we are happy to jump in with tips."
