Hi! My name is Lori and I own a Full service flowershop in Putnam County New York, just bought it Jan 2, wow! A lot to learn, a lot of Questions. Help!!!!!

Good Morning!
I've had some retail experience, not a lot. Worked in a couple of flower shops, i've worked in other retail businesses also. I'm certified at the NY botanical gardens ( that and about $5 will get me a latte at starbucks...) and I've also worked at the florist wholesale supplier, to learn that end of things,so, i have a lot of knowlege rolling around in my brain, but i need a lot more.
