Hi everyone! I opened my retail flower shop in October 2000 in El Dorado Hills, CA - just outside of Sacramento, CA. Before that I had a secure, well-paid, cushy job working for the State of Calif as an Environmental Engineer. Being self-employed is very different!!!
I've been reading the posts on this forum and am so glad that this independent resource exists. There seems to be a lot of helpful people here. Up until now, I've felt very isolated, only having sporatic contact with others in my position. I hope to learn a lot to make my business and, therefore, my life better.
