Been in this industry 46 years. Seen a lot of changes,
some good, some not so good...We need to treat our
customers with respect, courtesy and professionalism .
Customer service in today's world is sorely lacking.
We've always been the survivors in this industry...
just have to try hard given today's business
climate. Good luck !!

Thanks Carol. Been on a while and just enjoy reading everyone's posts. I guess I talked so much for so many years I was taking a break. I will do better
 
I am Sooooo confused now.

How do people know who BIGRED is b4 she answered?

Why does it say new member post and then say Join date Oct 2007 for BIGRED?

And MOST importantly BIGRED / Memphis, Did you know Elvis???

I should just say now that even though I am not of Elvis' generation if anyone knew him I am voting them in just because they knew the King!!

I don't know all the anwers to your questions, but, when I saw the post was from Lynn Doyle's flowers in Memphis....I know Peggy who is redheaded and runs that flower shop. She was former president of FTD several years ago.

By the way, Elvis was a customer of mine for a few years and I have some letters he wrote to me during that time.
