Hello,

I am a florist from Hollidaysburg, PA. I work at Warner's Florist. The company has been in business since 1950 at this location. I have been in the floral industry since 1982.

I started out as a delivery person at a florist shop that was operated at that time by my wife's family. I now work at Warner's, which is one of the larger shops in this area.

We focus on quality and consistency in our work. We also put a lot of stress on giving consistently good customer service.

I am the manager of the flower shop (we also have greenhouses and a gift shop). When I am talking to some one locally about what I do for a living, I usually say that I'm the manager "which means that I do deliveries, sweep the floor, make arrangements and work the front counter."

One of the best things about the florist business is the variety in what we do!
