I;m a previous flower shop owner that now works as a Business Analyst for FTD.

As a business analyst, I constantly strive to keep current on the successes and the pain points of my friends in the florist industry.

I look forward to having the opportunity to use this forum to better understand how our industry is changing, the impact on the florist, and learn of ways technology can make florist more successful.

I think I am the one and only from conventions times. Sure miss them and getting together with everyone. At least now, we can stay in touch.

Hi, I am sure if Mark speaks for you its a good sign, but I need a little more info. What exactly is it that you do at FTD? A business analyst? Analyzing who? Whom do you report to?

Judgment on hold but not prejudiced.
