Special instructions on an order I received yesterday and sent cancel request, then received the same order again today:

"Retrans, please check this florist for rejects"

Like I'm gonna worry about that?

Order came from 61-6650aZ, which I think is HQ DR, cloaking department.

Order Tag......

We have FTD Advantage and we can place a customized tag on each wire transmission. Ours reads as followes:

"Gilliland Flowers provides the very best flowers and services to all REAL FLORIST'S. We DO NOT serve 800"s, Dot.com's or any other Order Gather's! They only suck Your and My prrofits and decieve the buying public... Stand up and tell them NO!!"

My orders from the OG's has slowed down greatly......... But I still like to ask for a cancel every now and then, just to keep life fun.......

Remember - if you ask for a cancel or reject you still pay the FTO charge.

The only way not to pay is to forward it.

I refuse all orders from TFHQ no matter what the price....and then still get 4-5 calls a day from the not so bright operaters at TFHQ trying to give me the same order...you think they would make a note not to call me again, but no, just pass it on to the next dummy operater and bother me all day long, I have had it with those calls from them, what don't they get about NO! I have asked to be removed from the calling list, I told them I won't fill their cloaked orders from ,from you flowers ,or whomever else they help out, but yet I still get bombarded with calls for the same order that I have refused already, it just gets to the point where I have to hang up on them...ridiculous!:fdevil:
 
Last Mother's Day I got a call from hqtrs for an arrangement going to Oklahoma(I am in Melrose, MA). I told the man(from Phillipines call center) that I was in MA not OK and that I could not take the order. After 6 more calls from this person I had to stop the production of my shop and call hqtrs to have him stop calling me. He was not understanding that he was calling a different part of the country and I was getting so aggrevated. They sometimes s@ck, sorry all the time!!!
