I'm not kidding around when I say this.

It take a year before a new product catches on.

I can't tell why but all I know is that whenever I put a new product on the website it always takes a year before people start ordering it.

I noticed this trend back when I added one of our first flowers and limes arrangement on our website.

More products have continued this trend only after they had been on the website for a year.

This months example is our Christmas Balloons and New Years Balloons. Its been a year since both of these products have been added to the website and we have finally just recieved our first New Years Party for over 300 balloons. Our Christmas balloons are also starting to get orders.

I believe it - we added Christmas Present to our site last Xmas, when Cathy was asking for original designs to feature on the RF Blog. I don't think we had ONE order for it. This year, six already, including one for a funeral yesterday.

I don't get it, but I'll take it!

You're right Eric. Unless it's an exceptional product and is promoted well, it does take a year to build a loyalty.

Eric,

I remember last year when I ut upo my first round of custom pics...on my home page and got no orders for them..I was very discouraged...I took them down and went back with the TF pics...

Now this year, I have had many orders from the custom section of my webpage and the cube pumpkins spice that I thought was a definite winner last year, was this year....I am now a believer..
