Not sure about a fee for a regular transmission, BUT...
The default setting on Dove POS when doing a wire out is a confirmation checkbox that the recieveing shop got the order, which costs the sending shop $1. I changed my default to not be checked, so I save the dollar. I give it about 10 minutes or so, then I call the receiving shop to verify it was recieved.
A friend that doesn't use the Dove (can't remeber which it's called, but it's the basic one that isn't a POS), says she doesn't get charged a confirmation unless she asks for it. She said there are no odd $$$ relating to wireouts that she sees on her statement.
