Anyone happen to watch Malcolm in the middle last night and catch the new kind of Turducken? They stuffed the Turkey inside a large Flounder, looked absolutely gross. Do any of you in the US actually do that? Far be it for me to be critical of anyone's culinary tastes but, EEEEEEEEWWW!!!!!!

Sounds gross. Glad it isn't a 'thing to do' up here.

The real turducken sounds gross enough to me...add flounder to the mix and "hurl"....

;)

Hey, it isn't a thing to do down here either LOL.

Though I have heard of stuffed flounder, usually stuffed with a type of bread stuffing, or rice mixture (I believe that is a Greek dish).

The turkey one is new to me LOL. I even went to cooks.com to see if it exsisted, didn't find it but I bet someone out there is doing it.

Sunny I think the lesson here is not to let the television be the source of new culinary and gastronomic experiences especially if it's a sitcom. However Turkey stuffed with Red River Cereal would be mind blowing.

ROTFLMAO! Or....oh never mind....I can't write what I am thinking. Thank you Doug...a great way to finish the day...with a hearty laugh...you know hearty...like that dam* cereal you are fixated on...;)

V who is now off to the laundromat because school is done. :(

Moi? I typed sitcom short for situation comedy.
Back to the question, I only saw a preview of the episode. I thought it was supposed to be a turkey, a duck and a chicken. One was to be 20 years old, one was 30 and the most delicious was 50. Maybe I was wrong.

I don't believe you were wrong... :)(except for that cereal thing...)

Sunny...on CNN early morning news they showed turkey being stuffed with White Castle hamburgers...Gawd...there was also a drink that supposedly tasted like gravy and mashed potatoes...The whole segment almost put me off my creme de la ble...;)

V

6000 cans!!!!

Jeeze, we must be living in the end times!

Who comes up with this stuff.

And what a wast of White Castle burgers. We can only get em frozen here. I would have paid that guy to express maile them to me rather than put them in a turkey. Crazy

Actually, in their defence, the proceeds from that disgusting concoction went to charity...

As an aside, I hope, in my next life, I don't come back as some kind of table bird...oh...the indignities they suffer...

Whenever I think turkey I think Smothers Brothers regular Jim Stafford.

"Born a turkey, been a turkey all my life,
Got a turkey for family, got a turkey for a wife.
Looks like this thanksgiving is gonna be my last,
They want to chop my head off and stick dressing up my .... whoa nelly..."

Smoke that turkey.
