Holden's Florists will be deducting a 27% surcharge from ALL incoming OG orders....to level the playing field.
After much exhaustive research, as a send AND receive business, Holden's makes ALL attempts possible to fill ALL orders to value, and send all orders to values given, and expects ALL shops in our network to do the same.
Since, AND IF, you're an Order Gatherer (OG), I CANNOT send YOU orders to fill, thus, you have NO RIGHTS to the attempts within the current clearinghouse rules, to balance this portion of our business, and therefore are on notice!

I tried it yesterday Mikey, but they didn't appreciate it. Buttwipe from JF called and asked or "begged I should say" for an order to go to Daytona at 3PM. Our truck does that area at 1 but I was headed to the mall, so I entertained it. I had just read your post, so I said, "I will take your order and fill it for 73%, if you send it to me in writting..................There was silence, then an uhmmmm and then we can't do that and why would we? I said, You've taken someones money, over promised and under-priced and now you want me to bail you ast out?...................Then I said, "you guy's didn't get the memo yet?" Another pause, what memo?.........then "have a great day" and then a dial tone. I'm sorry Buttwipe!
