I like it under,..haha, thats sounds good.... this way if you have cats, they cannot pull it all over the place.. so easily!! Also under, I find it to be much more neater looking. I guess it's just ones preference....

More input Rock...before you start your research...while in Costa Rica...running the roads, my friend made sure I packed a roll of toilet tissue. I thought she was a bit anal (excuse me butt some things just have to spew forth), however, it turns out she was quite correct. When in need, it really doesn't matter if it comes off the roll upside down or sideways...as long as there is a roll! Same for Mexico and some parts of Europe.

If you need an ass(istant) Rock, please....just call.

Forgive me...it is late, I'm at the lake...have just returned from a party and am a mite on the silly side... The moon provided wonderful, shadowy company on the walk back to the cottage...one cat has been skunked and the other...well, is complaining mightily about the stench...euwwwwww.
