Yipes...no Luc...it's because I'm working...like I worked here last night. So much funeral work. It was a party trying to find flowers for all of it, but it's done and gone as I write. Have to go to a funeral home to check some roses before I'm totally done for the day.
Now, mind you, your idea of why I wanted a smoke was waaaay better than the actual facts! You really are a Frenchman...thanks for making my day.
Audra, you're right about it being difficult to be in the flower business at funeral time. I used to have a double whammy in the town I used to live...married to the funeral director. I can't tell you how many times I've had family on my doorstep in the dead of night...heartbroken. I'm glad I'm not there anymore...my heart couldn't take much more of it...especially when it was kids.

Ouch! That would be rough, I have a cousin that works in for a funeral home/ consortium in the Whitby area - better her than me.
Thank you for your condolences, I guess it's something I'm going to have to start getting use to. My folks are getting older and the rest is inevitable. When you have a family as large as I have (23 first cousins on my mom's side), you get use to the idea that funerals are a fact of life.
