I thought I would share that Flowers by Martha in London, Ontario has been sold(althought taking the name with us) and most staff are relocating with the business. It's a huge relief because for 3 years we have been holding our breath to see if we were closing, so the sale and retention of staff is most welcomed. We have been bought by Gammage Flowers in London, who are as well enjoying new ownership in the past few years. The staff seems to all get along great, and although we are going to be a little cramped we are all looking forward to the move. Their location is similar to ours in that it is in an old home, so the feel of the shop will remain the same. My job as office manager/bookeeper is going to be to learn yet another point of sale! So any tips from Mercury users are most welcomed. There should be some new faces here soon as I get the Gammage staff on here too! Many thanks to all of you for your constant support and great ideas
