I may have told this story before...so, bear with me if you have heard it.
When I lived in the Olympic Village in Atlanta where I was in charge of the flowers for the athletes, trainers, heads of state, etc. the business area was a little town inside the compound.
The infirmary was in the same building with the flower shop. the Olympic Emblem of the 5 rings of different color circles were marked on their door with 5 different shades of condoms to form the emblem.
I swear, those athletes were horny. Ask Marilee Just about all the thousands and thousands of condums give away by the infirmary....and ask her how many she received.

Working the Olympics was one of the biggest highlights of my floral career. The work was intense and we got very little sleep for long periods of time, but the people we met and lives we touched with flowers will stay with me forever.......just like the condoms!!!
It wa also was the beginning of a continuing friendship with Crazy Carol. be careful...she the best dressed florist in our industry..even got an award for that.... tit for tat Carol.... want to "splain" that one?

Just came back from down in Melbourne and I witness a real life working flower clock. It was really pretty and had all the poppies coming out as well as violas and lavender...just beautiful. The rings are gorgeous...what alot of time and effort they took to create that Thanks for showing!!
