my son graduated this past weekend with a bachelor's degree in aviation technology, minor in air traffic control.....
for those of you considering universities for education, purdue is an incredibly conservative university. being the republicans that we are, i was thrilled when during the course of the ceremony the men's chorus sang America the Beautiful, Let There Be Peace on Earth and Amazing Grace. it seems purdue went to the opposite direction to really let people know how much difference there is between their standards and current events. my daughter is a junior at the university of iowa, but i have another son who is a junior in high school and he too, will go to purdue if he is lucky enough to get accepted.
