...was providing a few floral pieces for one of our most-valued repeat customers, Rachel Hobgood, wife of surfing pro C.J Hobgood, for their new beachside surf shop, The Goods.
It was a very nice opening, loaded with co-branded inventory from top surf brands, and we are proud of our friendship with Rachel and C.J. They have done A LOT to promote our shop and were honored to be selected to provide fresh, modern pieces to add a splash of color to the opening gala.
I used this event as an excuse to get a new digital camera...the old one was literally held together with green floral tape. Attached are a few pics of the event and one of Stephanie (my beautiful partner and wife-to-be, Jan. 13th). We really think the pieces were great, and, as you can see, we figured out how to make those carnation "balls", adding our own design twists to a very cool idea.
