Hi everyone,

As I told you a while ago I am working on making a more educational website... so I have included a section called "Useful Links." I want to list websites that HELP florists and are educational for the industry. Aside from flowerchat here, anyone have any opinions on websites they find helpful/educational?

Thanks all. I really appreciate your input on all this stuff. This new website will be done... someday. I promise. :)

Oh, and I am also looking for opinions on useful books. Old fashioned, I know. But as much of a geek as I am, I still love books. So if anyone wants to throw out any book ideas that would be great too.

Please DO NOT link to theflowerexpert.com.

Much of the content is simply copied without proper attribution to the originating sites. It was created to feed orders to an OG operation called pickupflowers.com.

Copy and paste a snippet into Google from most any "informational" article there and you'll find it was lifted from somewhere else.

I would never do anything to help either site get found.

Oh wow....hmm..didn't know that.

You probably want floral stuff but this is one of my most used: http://dictionary.reference.com/ and this is today's favorite: http://www.analyzemath.com/geometry_calculators.html

Thanks. Where was that geometry calculator when I was in high school?

I am not looking for only floral stuff. I want ANYTHING that will help a florist or gift basket designer. That can be helpful websites about running a business, sites about color theory, sites about improving customer service, etc., etc. etc.

Thanks!
