I just wanted to make everyone aware of a FTD member Flowers Sent Today out of Virginia FTD code 91-6494ZA . We decided to take the order #1 it was for a dozen roses an easy order right?? and #2 we are ending FTD as of July 31 so we want to make sure we are not going to end FTD owing them money.
Ok - well i get this call for a dozen roses any color vased. Told the person calling this in that we sold out of roses at Mother's day that we would not have any roses untill tuesday. She said ok tuesday delivery is fine.
Tuesday rolls around, i get a call asking why the flowers were not delivered and the customer is upset. Had to tell this different person that they ok'd tuesday delivery and it would be after 2 pm -- they said ok
We deliver beautiful 60 cm black magic roses in a nice vase, filler etc...
get another call about 20 minutes later from this shop again stating the sender is refusing to pay because there was no mylar and the roses were suppose to be white, and that they wanted me to go back out and pick these roses up --
I pulled the order and never did they state a mylar was to be added and the order states any color roses. We will get speciality color roses for special orders but we charge extra for getting speciality items in.
From the minute this order was called into our shop , it was a MESS !! and then they had called me back again stating they told the customer if he was not going to pay WE were going to go back and pick them up, after i told her that i was not going to do that seeing how all this mess up was at their end.
Anyway -- everyone beware == take their orders at your own risk.
I also want to add, i have heard alot of comments ( not here ) about how great ftd is. If they are doing so great then why are they calling me with $30 orders begging me to take the order??
I had a girl call me over mother's day trying to give me a credit card number stating we told her , that her other card did not go thru -- she went thru Teleflora.com ordered the daisy bowl which is $30 --- they charged her over $60 needless to say she called them back cancelled the order very upset ,called me back and gave me the order direct.
Our song for the wire services should be the song we all listened to from Mister rodgers. You get the picture -lol ---
