I took an order from an "Allyson's Flowers" the other day. They said they would pay with a credit card and asked to do a 80 - 20 split. I accepted the order, even though they were asking for quite a large arrangement for the money, but I thought I was helping a fellow florist, so I accepted it.. The next day I got 3 calls from "Allyson's flowers saying that I overcharged there credit card by $3.50 by charging sales tax. I said that they never gave me a sales tax number or did not ask for me not to charge tax. They then told me if I did not refund the sales tax, they would dispute the charge. I found this very curious since they called 3 times and threatened me all for $3.50. I then googled "florists in Mahwah" my town, and sure enough, there was "Allysons Flowers" at the top of the list, saying they were the home town florist.... beware OGs are using credit cards these days!!!
