Just a not here about TF. And we thought FTD was bad? ha ha !!

Just dont call teleflora and try to make ANY type of payment arrangements on your account. # 1 THEY tell you what arrangements you have to make - they dont try to meet in the middle with you at all # 2 if you think making pay arrangements will stop any late fees as it usuallly does with your credit cards - WRONG - all it does with TF is they will not make you a recieve only shop. BIG DEAL

Mind you - our account has NEVER been late and NEVER delinquent - and this is the way they do us. OH well - just another push toward going completely DIRECT and WS free !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I am sorry that you didn't have a good response from Teleflora concerning makikng payment arrangements. Did you speak with your Marketing Counselor or with a Customer Service rep?
 
TF Nightmares

Two years ago, with a 53 foot tractor trailer full of roses we learned on the 12th of February that they had us shut down due to an outstanding balance. That after months of discussion and heated arguements that we were not getting work, only solicitation calls and bills.
Couldn't get anyone to take a call or action to remedy the situation.

Dis I forget to mention that we had a balance in our favor, which was recognized 5 days after VDAY ? A few apologies and then 5 months more of few orders, then they threw us some apologies and scraps.
I'd guess their error cost us 20,000.
The fight continues and will result in litigation after we finally pull the plug.
