1.I do not have a personal website at this time
2. The flower shop where I am employed has been in business since Oct 2008
3. At this time I do not have formal floral education.
4. I discovered FlowerChat on the Allied Florists of Houston website.
5.I hope to gain knowledge and postive feedback from other members in an attempt to enhance my skills and increase my knowledge.
6. I am willing to make any and all positive contributions that I am able.
7. The flower shop I am employed at is in a commercial building.

It does seem like a crazy time for a new business, however it has been good so far and our first Valentines was GREAT! I do not own the business I am the all around do a little bit of everything kinda girl. I mostly design and fill orders with a little bit of delivery and whatever else needs doing.
My boss has been wonderful and is supportive of my efforts to increase my education as I am preparing to enroll in the Texas Certified Florist program.
Because my spouses job requires us to move every two or three years I am hoping to improve my skills enough that I can offer freelance design when the time comes for us to move from this location.

I just wanted to say that i have enjoyed the Allied Florist website so much. I have found so many useful sources for information, ideas and just general knowledge from yall! Thanks so much for the effort that goes into that.
