Back on April 8th, we were running out of merc paper so we called the new supplier (North American) and ordered one case and asked for a catalog. Two days later, we get a catalog but no paper. So we call them, they say, oh you didn't order paper, just a catalog so we order a case of paper. They promised us we'd have the paper for Easter. HAHAHAHA.
Today, FedEX waltzes in with TWO (2) cases of paper - overnight delivery (ya, roight!). We're going to be stuck with this extra case FOREVER. So being slightly miffed (you photocopy orders for a major holiday and we'll see how thrilled you are ), I call Frank Stornelli and he says "I'll fix it". Within a half an hour, we're all resolved. FTD will arrange for FedEx to pick up the extra case at their expense and it's 'we're so very sorry'. Nice to actually get a quick resolution on this one, so... Thank you, Frank!
