Absolutely agree...the things we have done over the past year with no thought of getting a "return" definately had a huge positive impact on our holiday business...quite amazing actually...
Never heard the phrase until Mark posted it a good while ago...thanks Mark,it changed much of my thinking process and has added to my life in other ways as well....
