My dumb azz. Get this, I got an email today saying

You have added [email protected] as a new email address for your
PayPal account.

So I called my sister to ask if her husband had accidentally used my paypal account while he was shopping for laptops the other day at my desk.
So I proceed to tell her about phishing and how it's the new ripoff and am telling her how to avoid it. I clicked the link and put in my password (they had done a good job of spoofing the url also) - and when I got a "update your credit card" page i realized I had just logged in and given them my password!!!

Mr smart guy, huh? Teach someone about phishing while blowing my own password.

Yeah I changed it instantly.

I know the feeling...Opened an email with an image file in Outlook yesterday...Number 1 way to get a virus...

You guessed it!!!

I got the virus...Thank heavens I was watching what I was doing...Hit the OFF button on my system, had to start in the safe mode to clear the virus before it could spread...
