Personalized Roses

I recently saw advertisement in where flowers could be personalized through embossing. How is this done?

This is speaking roses, you can do this with metallic ink pads and small stamps available thru your local craft store, unless you would like to order from the company at $5 a pop! But with them it is done in white for VD. This is very easy I personally would not do names, then it becomes a major investment, Initials maybe.......basic HB, GW, ILU, that works well also!
