I see in a recent Dove Broadcast the statement; "Shops with eFlorist sites are seeing a steady growth in orders even in difficust economic times, and on average, shops get 9 phone orders for ever web order they recieve." Since this Broadcast was promoting eFlorist, I am assuming that they meant that their websites "contribute" 9 orders for every web order.
I know that this has been tossed around several times before, but 9 to 1 seems out of whack..... to my best guess for McAdams (maybe around 3 or 4 to 1)....and I know some have said a lot less.
