Accepted trial offer for 2 months on a postage meter, FREE [not the postage]
Then rate goes to $19.99 month [thought I heard $24.99]
Meter came, have used for 1 month
Nice, easy to use, convenient
But not really worth $20 month just for the service
Called to get set up for return as I thought it was 1 month
Then PB checked our usage, determined we were a low volume user
Change the rate to $9.75 a month.

It seems like this is the tele-marketing norm today,
Offer lower rate 2nd time around.

YOu can low ball them even further than that.

I am now at $5 per month, with no required postage purchase limits. Prior to renegotiating, I was surcharged an additional $15 for postage purchases less than $100.

we did the same dance, and, with the same kind of offer, on the rebound.
I DO wish that we had stuck with it...our mailings grow each month

I would not go without mine...

Average 5-10 per day, another 40-50 every Saturday and 100+ at EOM...

My rate is the $19.95 a month. Worth every penny to me.
