Please say a prayer for my uncle

I hate asking this but we need all the help we can get.

My uncle (aged 53, Mum's brother) was found yesterday morning after having a stroke. He had the type that bleeds the brain, all his ventricals have blood in them and it, according to the consultant is a "massive bleed". He has told us to prepare for the worse and that 75% do not get through this. We have had a priest out to him and all said prayers around his bedside.

His brothers and sisters have now been at his bedside for 36 hours... the first full week is critical and he is now been moved to a neuro specialist hospital where he will be monitored closely.

He has two daughters, 19 and 13... Amy and Eva.

Could any of you that pray, please add him in your prayers tonight and pray that he gets through this... I dont think my grandad could get over watching his son die...

Just heard that he has been put into an aneathetised coma and the surgeon is going to put a bolt in his brain... we have been told that his situation can change minute by minute.

I just thank god that they are at least doing "something". I am feeling positive, I have to, I am an eternal optimist!!!

Oh, and this guy is a flower buyer for his girls.... he knows how to make his daughters feel special x
 
Lord guide their hands and eyes, show them what they need to do, and comfort the family.

I'm so sorry all of you have to go through this, the suddeness is shocking, I know.

Heartfelt prayers to all of you, am praying for His healing if it is His will, there is power in prayer.

Updates, they have taken him off the anaesthetic to see how he is responding to stuff. They have also scanned him further and the bleed has not got any worse which i think is really great news. He is "critical but stable". He has got through the first 48 hours though and the consultant has said now that the first week is the worse.

Thanks so much for all your prayers and thoughts, I really appreciate it and so far, they seem to be working :)

Father God, Lord Jesus, I come to you right now.......asking you to touch this family. Touch this ill man and provide complete healing from the Top of his Head to the soles of his feet. Now, Father, if you choose to add him to your core of angels, then we will know indeed that he is healed totally, completely, never more to hurt, nevermore to cry, never more to feel anything other than pure happiness being with our lord.

I ask you to provide oeace and comfort to this family. Give them strength to maintain vigils, to take care of themselves, and to grant them the peace and comfort that only comes from you. We know it is a peace that passes ALL UNDERSTANDING.

You also said where two or more are gathered together, you are in the midst thereof.........therefore we are all in different geopgraphical areas...........but our hearts are gathered together in one place as we collectively pray for the healing of this man, so we know You are in our collective midst. We claim victory already for this man. In Jesus name, Amen

Thank you all for your lovely words, it really is helping to read that people are praying for him to get better. I have just got back from visiting at the hospital where he is wired up, not very nice to see but he has got through 5 days so fingers crossed x
