For a C$70.00 arr how much do you need from US TF florist?

If you receive an order from the US via TF for an arrangement that you normally sell for 70.00 how much do you need from the US florist to be properly compensated (ignoring delivery charge for purpose of comparison)?
I'll post after some votes.

With our Hst you have to take 18% off the top , so accounting for that you need around $62.00 US , but that does not include delivery , I think I can see what is coming after the voting , you got 1/2 orders for one of the keepsakes from somewhere south for about $45.00 and they expect you to deliver for that.Hope they came from your friends at 800flowers, the sky is still blue from the language.

That's the smog from Downtown Hamilton :)
In reality, those aren't trees, just visual distortions caused by the stuff in the air.
 
Now that it's @@@@ cold and the smog is cleared from downtown Dundas the answers are.........
a. US$70.00....you wish! this would leave you just a little overcompensated!!!
b US$ 46.20 nope, this is 70.00 x .66 cents (but nothing to do with TF orders!!!!)
c US$ 51.85 this will give you 70.00 but nothing for the tax!!! (51.85 x 1.35=70.00)
d US$ 63.23 correct, IF you're in NS, NB or Nfld & Lab (63.23 x 1.35 less 18%=70.00)
e US$ 56.98 correct if you're in the rest of Canada (except Que). (56.98 x 1.35 less9%=70.00)
So, the moral of the story is count your pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves but turn them into dollars if you can!!!!
