Pricing for plantings

Hello all,

I just did some plantings in a local McDonalds. I had another worker with me and we were there for 2 hours. What do most of you charge for the labor - do you charge a flat fee per person or a percentage? Also since I rarely do the pricing in my shop what would you charge for $135 (wholesale) worth of plants? And I also spent $35 on soil. Just need a little guidance here. Thanks in advance.

Soil: $70.00
Time: $250.00

Labour: 240.00
Soil: 85.00
Total: $740.00 Plus taxes, plus a fee for on going maintanence plus a fee for guarantee replacement. ( 40% of cost)
