This poor guy writes that he has an account with Proflowers - what was he thinking?
As the link explains - from Consumerist - Proflowers keep sending his wife e-mails, addressed to him, thanking him for his recent gifts to Margaret. The guy, however, claims that he does not know a Margaret.

I suppose this could happen to anyone of us with e-mail blasts but Proflowers customer support do not read as if they really care - aren't we surprised! - and the larger the company you work with/buy from, I think the greater the chance of being given the run-around and these issues happening without them caring a jot.
