Project Flowershop

Have no idea where to post this but have had this running through my brain for a while and thought I'd put it out there for brainstorming etc. I would like to see a TV program , similar in format to Project Runway, Top Design ETC featuring Floral Designers. I think it would be full of fun and drama. I've got all kinds of ideas for the weekly challenges . Who can we pitch this to?:handball:

Great idea but......I think the audience would be too limited for a station to pick it up.
I'm guessing the viewers would be mostly florists & garden club members......

I agree..... There was a reality show on Animal Planet for pet groomers. So why not the Floral Industry?

You'd need to pitch the Idea to Bravo, they are the ones that do all those shows.

But we already have our own version right here, just read the thread about the doz red rose competition.... Oh The DRAMA !!!

I think that I would rather see a show like "Tabatha's Salon Takeover". There are a lot of shops out there that need help finding their way and would benefit from a total makeover.

I saw the one w/Cory Lonsert, that was interesting but just a one-episode floral version of a show where people try to make it in different industries.

Much like any creative field, there are a lot of "characters" in the floral biz, it could be good tv!

They have a show on the WE network about Wedding cakes. I think that a floral design show would have a great following.

I posted a new thread about an Iron Florist competition. I believe it is just in Cleveland, but it would be great if something like this picked up.

We did a complete makeover in our shop a couple of years ago...Had a ball.

I Would LOVE a Florist Shop takeover like Tabatha's!! I LOVED watching that show and what she taught them. That would be excellent!!
