Even in the 80's and early 90's before we had a website, we would always try to promote that we were a family owned business. I know many of you do promote this, but I encourage you to take it to the next level with an extensive "about us" page including a family and/or staff photo. We get many compliments regarding our "about us" page. Please read the compliment we just received about a recent web order. I am not posting this to brag. I just think the majority of the florists on FC could benefit by promoting the "family business angle" more on their website. Please read this testimonial and view our "about us" page. I live in North Carolina and had to order flowers for my mother-in-law who lives in Philadelphia. I was hesitant to order from a florist that I didn't know but the large internet florists just didn't have anything that looked special. I liked that Plaza Flowers is a family business, so I took a chance and ordered from you. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality and service! Not only were the prices and shipping fees reasonable, I didn't have to pay extra for next day delivery. And I liked that you delivered the flowers rather than sending them by UPS all boxed up. I ordered the European basket and my mother-in-law just loved it! She raved about the beauttiful flowers and how healthy the plants are. And she was thrilled that each plant was in an individual pot so that if she wanted, she can separate the plants. Thanks for your great service! I will definitely be using Plaza Flowers again.
