Hello Everyone,

Well I am happy to report that I do have an interview this Thursday for a Design assist. position. I did visit the shop and was a customer. I observed everything and I am happy to report I HOPE I get this!! The shop is well organized, the flowers and plants look very happy and CLEAN! The work area looks WONDERFUL! I could go on and on.

So I'm wondering if I happen to not get the position since they are few and far between out here...what would you recommend to me while I am "pounding the pavement"?:walking: I thought I should practice different arrangements to keep my skills and knowledge in use but just not sure how or where/what to start. Thoughts...suggestions...would be greatly appreciated!:umok:

girlfriend, it's right before mother's day! you shouldn't have any trouble finding a job!,
keep submitting applications!

Mikey I have to save her because the kids are eager to give her some and the poor dog has a sensitive stomach. So anything other than "the list" of foods will give her the nastiest diarrhea I have ever seen in a dog!!! I particularly don't like cleaning up her back end with all the poo stuck to it...she's a husky/collie mix so she's got the colors of a husky but the long hair of a collie...although not quite as long. But it's there!!

CUuuuuuuute BABY!!!

:faint:sigh~ Shannon, I WOULD love to keep submitting apps unfortunately there's slim pickings here. What positions are open, they want an experienced designer...so I wouldn't fit the bill... Thanks for the enthusiastic encouragement!

Girl, I can totally sympathize with you! I've got a toy poodle with a sensitive stomach and she got in to a bag of gummy bears one day and...well...we won't go there.

I hope you get the job. Let us know how things go.

Well I answered it in another thread...but in a nutshell...my availability doesn't match what she needs for now so I'm not sure that I will be offered the position. Thanks for the support!!

Thank you ~Flowergirl~!!
