Red Mini Calla Lilies

I recently sat down with a bride and we decided on red mini callas. I have seen the schwarzwalder calla lilies, however these are way to dark. Has anyone seen red mini callas? Where is a good source to get these from? Thanks!

The schwarzwalders are a deep plum purple. The closest to red I know of is the orange one called Mango.

you will find a deep burgundy red in a mixed box--but I am not too sure if you order a "red" that you will get what you are looking for
Holland's ideas of color is not the same as ours!!

Thanks guys. My bride of course wants red and I told her that the Mango is the closest. Of course the internet has her convinced. Have to go back to the drawing board. She has a dark red dresses for the girls I think I will have to help her change the colors.

I am not a huge fan of design master spray but maybe you can make the white ones red?!

There is also one called "Red Sox" that's red. Towards the orange side of red as opposed to a Christmas red, but definitely RED. Pricey usually.

We recently had the red ones Lori posted about and they were beautiful, a bit deeper red but not like the dark plum ones at all. They were beautiful but I don't remember the name, sorry.

I have gotten in "red"callas by accident but my wholesaler insists there are no red callas - not sure what they call the red ones they have sent me... so I usally get a medium pink (for bright red) or burgandy (for dark red) tone and tint with Just for Flowers from Design Master - regular design master paint will flake off, I use the poppy red Just for Flowers tint in light layers. Calla must be totally dry and room temp before applying tint. Let dry completely before putting in the cooler or appling water or glowning glory or the like.

Mango mini callas with Just For Flowers Poppy lightly sprayed over it........should give you a red color.......with some natural looking variations

You may want to get a variety that's a "tone" of red and then mix it with some other shades of red flowers? Like so....

I had red mini callas for a funeral, I'll see if I can find a pic. Actually, I probably can get the "name" but when I was asking for red callas, that is what the wholesaler sent to me.. The asters, gerbs, and tulips were all red so to judge the hue.
