Replacement flower for celosia (Cockscomb)

I have a wedding in two weeks and of course I have been told that there will be no more Celosia... only the feathery kind, but I need the texture of the cockscomb.... ANY SUGGESTIONS???

I have attached the picture of the bouquet she loves..

Maybe you could find it in dried or permanent. Maybe Ginger would work, though the stems are pretty fat so you would maybe have to wire. If I think of any better ideas I'll let you know.
