I personally love the look of a variety of rose types, but maybe the bride likes all one size. Can you show her some scaled down samples or pictures and let her decide? I find making one centerpiece sample gives them a better idea of the size they get for their money and also gives me a more accurate stem count for pricing and ordering. Takes all the guess work out so it's worth making one up, even if it's not in her colors.
Totally agree with Helen. Last year I had an all-rose bride and I assumed that spray roses were also included. Wrong! So I did a mock-up in a different color that I had on hand and emailed a pic to her. From that simple pic, we went from organic/garden style to totally pave. She loved her wedding flowers!
I email mock-up pics in black/white so that a bride can concentrate on the shape and not get distracted by the wrong color.

I got the idea for black/white when a San Fran bride of mine just wasn't getting a clear idea of her centerpieces. I had all the right flowers in stock but none in her color palette . That's how the black/white image came to be.:idear:
