Insurance
If you purchase our insurance we will cover any cost adjustments that arise in the process of placing your order.For example...If the auction closes for $29.95 and the only florist delivering to an area requires $59.95 then we will cover the difference.
If the delivering florist delivers flowers to the hospital receptionist but they were never delivered to the patient we will replace the flowers at our expense.
If you have placed an order to be shipped via Federal Express, US Mail, United Postal Service and the item did not arrive, we will replace the order at our expense.
Exceptions
We will not reimburse any monies or replace any items which we can obtain a signed delivery receipt which has been signed for by the recipient (or his or her agent) listed in the Auction Checkout.
