Okay, this episode is really pi$$ing me off. All the girls want dresses over their budget and every sales person is saying "cut the flowers" "get fake flowers" one even suggested ordering 1 entree for every 2 guests (after they suggested cut the flower budget)...........

That show is a trip anyway. The brides always end up going considerably over budget anyway. Realistically, you can't carry a cemetary quality bouquet of silk red roses while wearing your designer original couture gown. Even the bouquets they give the girls sometimes (to complete the look and make the sale) are pretty hi quality silks and I venture to guess they are similar in cost to a fresh bouquet...if not more. People in glass houses, blah, blah, blah!

not sure which episode it is, my listings just say "Dress" (they downsized the TV listings in my paper)
The bride wants "GLO" and gives a definition to it.

Shannon: too funny, one girl stated she'd had so many fittings and paid so much for the changes she could have afforded to get the boob job so the dress fit!!

Oh.....I can see two guests sharing a plate with one peice of chcken cordon blue, steamed green beans, steamed carrots, ....... Like THAT is gonna go over good.

lol

Or my favorite invite them to the church but not the reception,,,or ask for a wishing well only<<<I will post more on this later, have to do the transformation!!!

I also love the poeple who suggest inviting friends to the reception after dinner is served. 'Well, you don't quite make the cut to come to the full wedding, but we want a gift from you, so stop by later'!?!?!?!

That's not so unusual here (did it myself). My husband was in politics and well the wedding guest list was town wide. So... small wedding and dinner (invited guests only), huge reception (no gift request), paid bar with the proceeds going to the legion. We did give two drink tickets for each person and of course we provided a buffet at the end of the night.
