If you want a good course on SEO/M I can recommend some.

Network Solutions is like the FTD of the internet service world (in their role), and way more evil (in their behaviour & pricing).

Ryan's right - all they wanna do is "teach" you enough to confuse you with geek terms, make you think you need them and then sell you their products.

Come to think of it - it is very similar to TFTD.
