Sinus.....

Just having a little whinge and feeling sorry for myself.. BUt How many of you also suffer from Sinus..??

I have really struggled with it today... Woke up with a THROBBING headache and I just can't stop sneezing, and my face and eyes are all puffy........To make matters worse it is SO muggy and humid and after 3 weeks off I should be feeling relaxed but instead feel like Rubbish...!

There you go, have had my whinge for today...TA - I am now off home to have a Rum and go to bed.....

I suffer all the time from Sinus . I found the new Mucinex to be a great find. I take it when I start feeling pressure and it keeps things from going in to an infection. Unless of course I get a cold then it always turns to infection.hope you are better soon.

I'd much rather be home today but have a funeral...

Just starting my 3rd infection of the winter. Have learned to live with it for the most part. Started as a tickley cough and now full force to the sinus'. Dr. said to regularly use a sinus rinse but I hate that feeling of drowning. I will have to try the mucinex. It's just like clockwork. By v-day I'll be begging the Dr. for steroids and heavy-duty meds just to get through the holiday. A customer swears by echinacea--takes it daily from about August through April. I'm always willing to try anything once.
